Adds a test that verifies that:
DTSTART;TZID="(GMT -05:00)":...although the DQUOTE is technically not allowed.DatePropertyRuleconverts the DTSTART to UTC becauseGMT -05:00is neither a known Windows timezone name nor in the ical4j (IANA-based) timezone database.
