NOTE: I suggested to create a new branch for us to merge, to prevent any unexpected result, like: hackathon-project-branch-1

Scaich is a product made by scihub web3 community to search and process the fullpaper with query/keywork/title/doi. This search engine combine with the vector database that contain nearly all of the article inside scihub and the arxiv, to provide a wide range of paperlist.

The scaichplugin is an enhanced version of the BioAgent plugin, introducing a powerful literature search capability through integration with the SCAI API, while retaining core BioAgent functionalities like Google Drive monitoring and biological hypothesis generation.

Before: BioAgent focused on processing scientific papers uploaded to a Google Drive folder, extracting structured data (e.g., abstracts, citations), and generating biological hypotheses. It lacked the ability to actively retrieve external literature, relying on manual file uploads.

After: The scaichplugin enables users to perform literature searches via the SCAI_SEARCH action, querying the SCAI API (e.g., for "The History of Sci-hub") to retrieve relevant scientific articles, including titles, abstracts, DOIs, and Sci-Hub URLs. Results are automatically converted to JSON-LD format and stored in a knowledge graph (e.g., Oxigraph or OriginTrail DKG), seamlessly integrating with existing features.

Impact: Users can now rapidly access the latest scientific literature without manual uploads (If I haven't got how to use the bioagent in a wrong way?), significantly improving efficiency. Researchers can explore related studies using keywords, expanding the plugin's utility across diverse research scenarios.
