Adding sam autodetection with homebrew

Description

SAM is autodected on macOS when it is installed to /usr/local/bin or /usr/bin.
I added a check for detecting if the OS is macOS and if yes to also look into /opt/homebrew/bin/ to find the SAM binary.

This fixes #3003

I have tested my code and it is working.
The sam binary can now be auto-detected when installed via homebrew and the path for it would be /opt/homebrew/bin/sam
