Mid-Century Modern Coffee Table

This project was my first attempt at designing and building furniture. The table is made entirely from New England Red Oak, stained with Red Mahogany, and several top coats of polyurethane.

The 75º tapered legs and beveled top are meant to mimic mid-centuy modernism design aestetics, inspired by Frank Lloyd Wrights architecture and interior designs.

Experimented with several types of stains.
