We now have actuator delay and digital filter set up to work with the dimensions of the new attitude LQRi controller

Turned off all bias updates during flight Updated controller gains Increased GPS Simulated covariance Updated GPS Covariance in the MEKF Added Vibrations to the IMU model Added gyro error to the accelerometer model
