What Is MagicSort?

MagicSort intelligently organizes your hand, saving you countless clicks during mid- to lategame. The mod adds a new sorting button to the menu.

Motivation

I love Balatro but hate clicking, that's why I made this mod.

Installation

GitHub

Download the latest release and unpack it inside the Balatro mods directory. On Windows Balatro mods are located inside this directory:

%appdata%\Balatro\Mods

To quickly navigate to it either copy the line above and paste it inside your File Explorer, or press Ctrl+R and paste it there then press Enter. You're ready to go!

Balatro Mod Manager

MagicSort is available through the Balatro Mod Manager in the Quality of Life category.

Nexus Mods

Alternatively you can install the mod from Nexus, installation steps are the same as for the GitHub workflow.

Requirements

You need to have Steamodded installed to get MagicSort working.

The MagicSort Algorithm

Cards in your hand get sorted like this:

1. Enhancement: Lucky → Mult → Bonus → Wild → Steel → Glass → Gold → Stone
2. Edition: Polychrome → Foil → Holographic → Base
3. Seal: Red → Gold → Purple → Blue → None
4. Suit: Spades → Hearts → Clubs → Diamonds
5. Rank: King → Queen → Jack → Ace → 10 → 9 → 8 → 7 → 6 → 5 → 4 → 3 → 2

2. Best (winning) / Worst (non-winning) hand sort.
3. A Settings page to adjust the sorting order.
