Update to rollups v0.9.1

Description

This PR updates the build system to rollups to v0.9.1 using the changes from cartesi/honeypot#3.

How has this been tested?

Builds correctly without errors:

time docker buildx bake -f docker-bake.hcl -f docker-bake.override.hcl --load

Docker compose comes up without errors:

time docker compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.override.yml up

Frontend dev server starts without errors:

cd front && yarn dev

  VITE v4.1.4  ready in 242 ms

  ➜  Local:   http://localhost:5173/
  ➜  Network: use --host to expose
  ➜  press h to show help

Runtime testing in the frontend is needed.
