📌 [feat] 기능 개발 문제 풀이 - 김동엽

🔍 변경 내용

기능 개발 문제(PG 42586) 풀이 추가
잔여일을 계산하여 배포 단위별로 묶는 로직 구현
Math.ceil로 실수 처리, List → int[] 변환을 stream으로 처리

💡 의도

Queue나 Stack 없이 단순하게 반복문만으로 해결하려 했고,
count 및 max를 통해 배포 그룹을 명확하게 구분하도록 설계함

📝 기타

solution() 함수는 Stack을 사용한 방식으로 비교용 추가
리뷰 시 반복 구조가 더 간결해질 수 있는지 피드백 환영
