Created documentation for how a simple sensor (TMP1075N) is converted to a YAML file. Also expanded the YAML format to capture defaults in a more declarative way as well as capture the bit encoding of fields.
Repositioned the enums in the YAML to be in the same order as the registers, as well as fixing some typos. For Jinja, some white spacing was adjusted.

Added a YAML and Jinja example for the TMP1075N temperature sensor and C++ library output. Also created a readme to walk through the TMP1075N example.
