Description

Update docstring to be explicit that execute query works against snowflake databases, not data frames (based on issue from the customer).

Updated dependencies to the latest EXCEPT kept Pandas to the latest 2.x.x as jumping one major to the all new 3.0.0 felt too risky and would have required much more testing.

How can (was) this tested?

Tested locally with SDK - not tested in Studio or ACE/SPCS.
