Post 4.1.0 Update

Updated extract_csv() to handle cps.NASC data in exported CSV files.

Final version prior to R v4.0.0.

Added support for L-L and L-W functions from Palance et al. 2019. Several other updates and upgrades under R v3.9.3.

Revised biological functions to work with mixed species list.

Revised functions estimate_length(), estimate_weight(), and convert_length() based on Palance et al. 2019. Fixes problems with functions when using mixed vectors of scientific names. Some preliminary tests have been developed to verify output, but should be improved.

Added Palance et al. 2019 functions

Added three functions to implement the L/W estimates and L-L conversions for the five species in Palance et al. 2019.

Initial release of package to include functions used to process CTD/UCTD casts, extract echosounder calibration results, create maps, and various utilities to conducting analyses of surveys that use the acoustic-trawl method (ATM).
