Fix Velocity / Acceleration Body Clamping #86
Description
The body acceleration limits don't seem to be properly applied during steps. Below the green is the commanded which is approx. a step function and the red has one slope at the beginning and then a new one a few milliseconds later. The 2nd slope is the correct one.
