To update the snapshot we need to do a full rebuild (see last part of https://robostack.github.io/Contributing.html). Refreshing |

We are never ready for a full rebuild. : ) But to be honest over time the pain for full rebuilds reduced quite a lot, we have some blocker on conda-forge (see conda-forge/ceres-solver-feedstock#51 (comment)) but nothing impossible to solve. |

To pull in
autowarepackages, I had to update the snapshot we are using. I suppose this will update a number of packages?This also removes a few packages from vinca.yaml that are not published (anymore).
