That gather safe function already has a switch between motion blur and non motion blur logic. Please also pass the feature_mask to it and disable one branch inside that function.
Internal task scheduler is now outside of RTC namespace matching the other schedulers.
This reverts commit 3c00c3462038a472725fd66e0ade9fd0e520942b.

This reduces code overhead when curves are used, but no motion blur. Comes with a small perf improvement (~3%) on my B580.
