Beta version of notebook demonstration for accessing the RENCI/NOAA reanalysis datasets.

The notebook uses iPython ipywidgets to provide a user interface to extracting time series at user-specified points.

Includes the notebook, python classes used by the notebook, and examples of working directly with the time series extraction process (ie., not from within the notebook).

Note that the notebook and python code is for demonstration purposes only.
