There are possibly some other modifications that need to be made elsewhere, but the GH Actions pipeline no longer supports MacOS 13. Personally, I'd be tempted to remove Python 3.9 from the supported versions of Python, given it's no longer supported, but it ought to be removed separately.
I'll consider doing that in a separate PR, along with adding 3.14 support to the pipeline.
