Description
This function validates event dates and times by checking if both the start and end date-time are properly set. It ensures that the event's start date and time are in the future and that the end date and time are later than the start date and time. If any validation fails, it raises a ValidationError with appropriate error messages for the start and end date or time. The function uses datetime.combine to combine date and time, then makes the datetime aware of the timezone using make_aware.
