amendment: 2026-A1 Composition of the Executive Committee

Rationale

• The expansion and further detailed specialisation of each executive committee member's role in the Society allows the responsibility of operations to be attributed more clearly.
• The proposed increase of the maximum number of certain roles allows the executive committee to expand and adapt to the needs of the Society.
• This change to Section 5.1.1 also introduces new roles for the same purpose, which will be defined in the accompanying amendments (2026-A2 to 2026-A5).
