This has not been tested on a local environment, however I believe it will work.
The changes I've made:
hasPermissionsbooleanREADME.mdFor the future, a cool idea would be to sort districts by invaded and not invaded. Edits are enabled for maintainers, so if there are any issues then feel free to modify as necessary: most of these were visual changes.
EDIT: Lots of commits, may want to Squash & Merge.
