fix(webdav/move):fix move file by webdav interface but source file still

在执行跨云盘移动任务后检查执行状态，并更新任务状态为 success

Motivation and Context / 背景

修复了 #1906 。 BUG 根源在于：当前任务状态的改变在回调函数实现，而回调函数只会在源文件是文件夹的情况下调用。

如果任务状态不是success，那么最后调用Done函数的时候就不会执行Remove函数

How Has This Been Tested? / 测试

在天翼网盘以及本地存储里反复移动文件， State.hasSuccess 均为 true
