This PR removes outdated references to pfunit from the OpenFAST documentation. The pfunit testing framework was replaced with test-drive in version 4.0.0 (PR #2276), and the submodule was removed in PR #2329. This cleanup addresses issue #2979 by removing stray documentation references that remained after those changes.

pfunitunit testing infrastructure was removed in 4.0.0, but a few stray references still existed in the documentation. This PR removes all but one of the remaining references (there is one reference left in thesource/user/fast_to_openfast.rstdocument.Related issue, if one exists
