- Customizable Format (config.yml)
- Staff Chat Prefix (ex. "!test" - sends in staff chat)
- Command ('/sc', '/staffchat' - you can use this instead of the prefix)
- OP'ed Broadcast Message (brooadcasts this to OP'ed players, shows rank color on name)
