Tiling functions are only available for geometric temporal points in MEOS (
TGeomPoints in PyMEOS).This PR moves the tiling functions definitions from the
TPointclass to theTGeomPointclass, so calling them on aTGeogPointinstance (which would always result in a MEOS Error) is not possible.
