this PR disables SSL on the "edcv" realm to make things easier when deploying JAD on a bare-metal K8s cluster.

Technically, the best approach would be to terminate SSL on the reverse proxy (Traefik), and allow HTTP between Traefik and Keycloak, but that would still require
SSL termination on Traefik.

disabling ssl is insecure and should only be done in dev/test environments!!
