What does this pull request do? [REQUIRED]

  • Update Defined's Blocks to v1.0.4
  • Add Sense, a library used by this mod and Astral Generators v2.0.0 to reduce boilerplate codes.

Changes made [REQUIRED]

  • Add pastel color blocks.
  • Blocks from Defined's Blocks can be made in Chipped's stations.
  • Add squished animation to Hastune Miku plushie block.

I also bump version of Astral Generators to v2.0.0-alpha2 in this PR
