Off by default, enable with LIB=shared
Set to .0, and the real name set to .0.0.0 due to the lack of actual releases.

Partial fix for issue #37 (Makefile changes only).
I also set make clean to use wildcards, as even with debug it generates a file called "libluad.json" and not "libluad-d.json" etc. Not sure what was the intended method.
