Two scripts for data preparation and variable selection.
prep_sel2.py:

  • Basic data imputation
  • Data standardisation for numeric columns
  • Low variance removal
  • high correlation removal

lasso_selection_bin.py:

  • Variable selection using lasso logistic regression
