Fixed null tristates. Checks if tristates are nonnull in eventresult Fixes #60
Owners refactor + Optional Refactor Also IDEA reformat.
Also cleaned up Welcome Handler to work more or less. I can't test the new handler until i get owners done, so ima work on that now.
I've been cleaning stuff up. I just figured I'd push my changes.
But here. Have some code. There's a lot of changes... I think.
