Spack integration

I have added archer2 programming environment spack-gnu, spack-cray and spack-aocc .
I have also enabled castep and gromacs to run on the spack partition. The spack tests will run by default . You will need to add the location of the cse_env module to the module path. This can be done using the --module-path flag .
Add the -p "^(?!spack)" flag if you want to filter out spack programming environments.
When I run them with

module load reframe
reframe  -C $EPCC_REFRAME_ROOT/configuration/archer2.py   --module-path=/mnt/lustre/a2fs-work4/work/y07/shared/archer2-lmod/others/dev:$MODULEPATH  -p spack-* --performance-report -c $EPCC_REFRAME_ROOT/tests -R  --report-file report.json -J qos=short -r 2>&1 | tee reframe_tests.log --

I get that all tests pass , including castep and gromacs tests.

This is nearly ready to go.
Some caveats:

• will not work on current default version of reframe . ( requires 4.8.2 as in Upgrading to v4.8.2 #72)
• Dependent on working spack modules to be deployed ( see Fine-tuning of the cse installation ARCHER2-HPC/archer2-spack#37 )
