LIMS-2042: Remove zlibjs

Summary:

Remove the zlibjs library as the native DecompressionStream function is now widely available.

Changes:

• Remove zlibjs from package.json, package-lock.json and webpack.config.js
• Replace zlib usage with DecompressionStream

To test:

• Go to any data collection with successful downstream processing eg /dc/visit/mx23694-154/id/21118386
• Click on the little data collection attachments icon, next to the permalink button, one of the attachments should have a "Reciprocal Space Viewer" button. Click that and check the viewer loads without any errors.
• Open the Downstream Processing bar, and click the "Map / Model Viewer" button next to any of the pipelines. Check the viewer loads without any errors.
