What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Otel spans take about 4 minutes to reach the llmobs backend because they need to go through apm first, with this being the case, we need to have our evals for otel wait longer to match on the span. The for that is done here https://github.com/DataDog/dd-go/pull/211211
In order to make this work, we ask that users set a tag
source:otelfor their evaluations, so we know to hold them and wait longer than usual for the otel spans to match on.Merge instructions
