Fixes for log (and email) entry from Alarm Table UI

Two changes:

1. Bug fix: Alarm Table UI would use active alarms list to populate message for acknowledged alarms (cut-and-paste error?).
2. Fix for Markdown: AlarmInfoRow.toString() needs additional blank chars to yield the wanted result for Olog entries, see screen shot.
