Implemented combinedGestureHandle() in ReorderableLazyCollection.kt and provided a demo screen: SimpleCombinedGestureHandleReorderableLazyColumnScreen.
This method supports combined gestures for:
Click events.
Long press events.
Drag events after a long press.
