This Privacy Policy explains how extensions developed and published by Avenyra (“Extensions”) handle data when installed and used within an Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) environment.
All Extensions are designed to operate entirely within the merchant’s Adobe Commerce instance. The Extensions do not collect, transmit, or process personal data outside of the merchant’s system unless explicitly stated otherwise in the extension documentation.
By default, Avenyra Extensions do not:
- Collect personal customer data
- Collect customer credentials or authentication information
- Collect payment, billing, or shipping details
- Collect email addresses or contact information
- Collect IP addresses or device identifiers
- Perform analytics, tracking, or behavioral monitoring
Any data processed by an Extension is limited to what is required for its documented functionality and remains within the merchant’s Adobe Commerce installation.
Extensions may process data already available within Adobe Commerce solely for the purpose of providing their intended features. This may include reading, storing, or displaying existing system data such as product, order, or configuration information.
All data usage is performed locally within the merchant’s environment and under the merchant’s control.
Extensions may store configuration values or non-personal system data within the Adobe Commerce database as required for functionality.
Extensions do not introduce new storage of personal customer data beyond what already exists in Adobe Commerce.
Extensions do not share data with:
- Avenyra
- Adobe
- Third-party services
- External APIs
Extensions do not transmit data outside the merchant’s infrastructure unless explicitly documented as part of the extension’s functionality.
Extensions do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any form of user behavior tracking.
Extensions are developed following Adobe Commerce best practices and do not introduce external network communication, hidden data collection, or unauthorized data access.
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in extension functionality or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be published on this page.
