✏️ 문제 설명
전기를 쓸수록 더 많이 부과됨. 이웃집과 상근이의 사용량 합의 요금과 각각의 요금의 차의 절댓값이 주어질 때 상근이의 요금을 구하는 문제.
🔍 풀이 방법
이분탐색으로 푸는데 하한, 상한을 결정짓는 것은 그리 어렵지 않았으나 조건의 최적화와 마지막으로 상근이가 이웃집보다 더 적게 사용한다는 것을 확인하지 못해 좀 걸렸다.
