…Now the command 'make test' compiles PIntron, than it executes PIntron for every test needed by regressionTest and it saves the results in the correct folders, than it executes every test: regressionTests first and than unit tests.

Updated regressionTest and updated the part of Makefile about tests.
Now the command 'make test' compiles PIntron, than it executes PIntron many times for every test needed by regressionTest and than it saves the results in the correct folders, than it executes all the tests: unit tests first and after the regressionTest.
Updated keys of all json files in referenceOutput folders for regressionTest.
Updated the command 'make clean-test', now it removes every generated file during the execution of the command 'make test', it includes binary files and executionOutput files generated by PIntron.
Updated regressionTest with subfolders and cases recognition.
