Now the Windows executables can be automatically released on every commit pushed and uploaded to a permanent location like this https://github.com/ThreeDeeJay/libiamf/releases/download/latest/iamfplayer.exe

Uhh, while I do get the need to make contributions legally sound, it also seems like unnecessary friction (signature, name and email seems a bit too personal) for a simple GitHub workflow based mostly on templates, my own edits and I think I copied this, so while I'm obviously offering this contribution for free and without any conditions or licenses (you could clean room code it as far as I'm concerned 😆), I'm not sure how much of this constitutes intellectual property that I'd need to get explicit permission for before signing anything legally binding, and even if I did, it seems there may be some legal mumbo jumbo preventing some projects like this other decoder from distributing their own binaries😕
