[Feature Request] Add support for new SMS APIs for sending text messages

As per the changelog from May 19th, 2025:

Please add support for the new

SMS APIs to send text messages from a user's number or on behalf of an account.

i.e.

• POST /v2/phone/sms/messages

  

• POST /v2/accounts/{accountId}/phone/sms/messages
