INI for CONFIGURATION

I'm using the EXE, I don't think the app needs a UI but I'd love to see it support an INI file with at least these suggested options (and maybe some better defaults):

1. The TITLE of the command window, I'd like to see/set something like "2 outages (3 min total)" (a summary) for when the Window is not open and I can more easily tell it apart from my other command prompts...
2. The ICON of the command window (again so I can more easily tell it apart from my other command prompts... and make it stand out more). Better yet would be if the icon could indicate number of outages.
3. The path to where the log file is created.
4. An option to only show the outages in the display / log (2 options?).
5. Perhaps making the 3 or 'x' pingable items configurable (web hosts I use a lot etc, rather than DNS servers).

Any paths if not absolute should be relative to the program.

Great, I'd also like an option for daily logs and stats & the ability to select audio files for at least all up & down events :-)

I want to be able to select servers so I can choose important to me ones plus at least one local one so I can get a better idea where an issue is. Obviously I would want to name them whatever I want.
