entrypoint script issue

Hi Xnlogic team
I am trying to spin up xnlogic/api in docker and facing issues with entrypoint script.
It spits out issues with - "Can't install bundle as root.." warning and also reports "gem not found"..

I did a RUN ruby --dev -S gem install bundler in docker to ensure bundler got installed but that doesnt help as well.
I am using official jruby docker build and using latest code for bundler and pacer as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
