[Task] Improve Ballerina Stack Overflow channel based on hackathon feedback

Description:

• Think of a way to get SO queries to the Google search (maybe, via reposting on Stack Overflow) Maybe, we can use a similar connector for SO like https://tray.io/connectors/algolia-slack-integrations
• Promote SO in the future more than Discord to ask questions (maybe, we can integrate SO with Discord similar to https://stackoverflow.co/teams/integrations/slack/)
• Add a banner on Discord to promote the SO WSO2 Collective.
• Mention how to solve something using Ballerina in Discord/SO threads/posts of other products (that is what Zapier did and CEP too. Went with the complex event processing keyword.)
