VSecM Spring Cleanup

Due to the recent repository movement

• The current VSecM build pipelines are broken,
• The current code does not compile (due to package name changes due to the repo movement)
• The documentation pipeline will likely need fixing

This is an opportunity to

• Fix the code (so that it compiles again, so that people who need the container images can "worst case" build it from the source.
• Clean-up unnecessary/experimental parts
• Pave a path to consume/integrate SPIKE
• move from dockerhub to GitHub registry (for better workflow integration)
• Clean up the outstanding issues and projects in the repo

I'll add more details here, and track progress under this issue.
