Feature: Hourly rate dependencies

This is a feature request.

It would be a great addition if it's possible to link specific factors for types of work which can influence the hourly price.

A second dependency would be which hours are worked. For example specifying factors for hours worked outside of office hours, saturdays, sundays, etc....

Thanks for considering adding this functionality into the plugin!
