Delay between startup menu #4854

Before reporting your issue
- I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
- I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
- I have tried my best to check existing issues

Describe the bug
It works and looks pretty great but unfortunately it is kinda slow, i have 16 gigs of ram, i5/14500 but still it has delay while i'm leaving from the startup menu. It is not nearwhere to being as smooth as win 10.
Expected outcome
It was as fast as win10
Actual outcome
It has really big delay
