How to find out the "Severity" of a bug report? #3

Hello,
First of all, thank you for your work and contribution. This has been really helpful.
I just wanted to quickly check with you, if there is any way to find out the severity of a bug report. I kind of tried everything but couldn't figure if that can be done.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
