I propose this to be the last issue created in this repository.

• All future issues will be created on trac with the "Core Tor/sbws" component.
• All PRs/code review will continue to happen here at pastly/simple-bw-scanner (at some point we may want to switch to torproject/simple-bw-scanner, but at this time let's keep things simple and stay here)
• All existing issues will continue to exist until the are closed, migrated ad hoc, or sufficiently few of them remain such that it isn't painful to migrate them all to trac.

If this sounds fine, I'll rename this issue accordingly.
