[Web][Functional] Settings -> Basic Info for a User doesn't show the First name, last name and Country used while signing up

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open topcoder.com
2. Click Sign Up -> I'm the Talent
3. Sign up with valid details in the Sign up form
4. Verify email and then login with the new User account
5. Click on the profile icon and click on Settings
6. Notice the details in Basic Info
7. Notice first name, last name and country fields in the Basic Info
