Disable vertical scroll

Hi,

First of all thanks for such a great script. I have one issue with "touchScrolling: true". When i set it true, then it stops vertical scrolling in iphone, ipad and ipod. I mean we can't go at top or bottom of the page by swipe up and down on scroller.
