[Feature Request] Window showing dropped messages

I would like to have a feature allowing us to see what are the topics that are not subscribed to.

Much like the "Retained message" window, there could be a new window with a list of topics that no consumer is subscribed to, ideally even with the list of devices/applications/credentials used to publish those messages.
