TSC Early November 2025

Lets get together for a TSC at the start of November. Please do add topics as usual if needed.

Proposed Agenda:

1. Governance topic. Please do add any governance topics here.

2. Zephyr native drivers - some IP drivers still upstream with with abstractions around code/APIs. Move to native Zephyr drivers and removal of abstractions.

I expect the governance topic will take up most time, hence I've only added 2 topics - but pls do add other topic suggestions.
